In this paper

a fault diagnosis algorithm in Switched Capacitor Networks （SCNs）-fault dictionary algorithm is presented based on the principle of charge conservation. The algorithm divides all single faults

including soft faults and hard faults

into several fault sets. Differing from the traditional fault dictionary algorithm of analog circuits

this algorithm can diagnose soft faults. It requires less computation and may be easily extended to multiphase SCNs.
