用修正哈达玛方差(MHV)来测量频率源的谱密度已在国内外广泛流行。但是它可能产生相当大的估值偏差。本文提出了一种新型方差——改进的修正哈达玛方差(IMHV);建立了用IMHV测量谱密度的信号处理模型;导出了系统的单位冲激响应、传输函数和等效噪声带宽;给出了估值偏差的解析表达式
以及在相位闪烁噪声和相位白噪声条件下估值偏差的数值解。结果表明
估值偏差已大为下降
并已在所研制的仪器中获得证明
Modified Hadamard Variance (MHV) has been widely used for the power spectrum measurement of frequency sources. But the metheod can produce rather great estimate bias. In the paper
a new type of variance-Improved Modified Hadamard Variance (IMHV) is put forward. A signal proceessing model of power spectrum measurement system with IMHV is set up; the unit impulse response
transmission function and equivalent noise bandwidth of the system are deduced; the analytic expressions of estimate bias are presented. Under conditions of phase flicker noise and phase white noise
the numerical solutions of estimate bias are also given. The resules show that the bias has been greatly reduced
and is verified in a newly developed instrument.
