摘要

本文讨论了信号分配存储器（SDM）和扫描存储器（SCNM）的可测试性

提出了SDM和SCNM电路设计的改进方案和故障诊断算法

解决了SDM和SCNM的自动测试和故障诊断问题

并应用于国产程控数字电话交换机中。

Abstract

In the line concentrator

the scanner information and signal distributor information are transferred between the subscriber line circuit and the line processor via a scanner memory （SCNM） and a signal distributor memory （SDM）. In this paper

the measurabi-lity of SDM and SCNM is discussed. An improved circuit design and an algorithm of fault diagrosis for SDM and SCNM are presented

hence the automatic test and diagnosis of SDM and SCNM can be implemented. The circuit and algorithm have also been used in a Chinese-developed SPC digital telephone switching system.
