摘要

本文建立了适合于具有大量噪声源并考虑噪声源相关性的复杂网络的噪声分析计算理论

并编制了基于该理论的网络噪声分析与低噪声设计程序

给出了对集成运算放大器μA741的计算分析结果

得到了μA741集成运放的最小噪声工作状态下的最佳工作参数。

Abstract

In this paper

the noise circuit theory for the noise analysis of complicated network having large number of noise sources and considering correlation between noise sources is described. The computer programs of noise performance analysis and low noise design based on the noise circuit theory are made. The computational and analytical results of IC operational amplifier MA741 are given

and the optimal circuit parameters of μA741 at the minimum noise state are obtained.
