摘要

本文介绍了一种宽带机调Gunn振荡器。该振荡器结构简单可靠

单只振荡器就几乎可覆盖整个W波段

振荡器的最大输出功率可达25mw

在所有各频率点上的电调带宽约为450MHz。

Abstract

In This paper a kind of wideband mechanically tunable Gunn oscillators are introduced. The arrangement of the oscillators is very simple and reliable. The oscillators’ mechanically tunable range can nearly cover all of the W-band

The maximum output power of the oscillators is about 25 mW

the electronically tunable range of the oscillators is about 450 MHz within all of the mechanically tunable range.
