摘要

本文提出了利用双极晶体管直流参数与交流参数的相关关系

利用最优化理论获取双极晶体管交流参数的方法。根据该方法成功地实现了集成电路中双极晶体管交流参数的在线提取。

Abstract

A method of extracting AC parameters of bipolar transistors is suggested. The method is based on the relations of DC and AC parameters and the optimization theory: By using the method

the in-line extracting AC parameters for bipolar transistor of IC’s is successfully conducted.
