本文建立了一种适用于直流、交流和瞬态分析的MOS集成运放的宏模型。该模型对运放的各重要特性可进行较全面的模拟

且精度较高。

In this paper macromodel for MOS operational amplifiers is developed. It can be used for the DC

AC and transient analyses in SPICE programs etc. Many important properties of MOS OP

AMP. are simulated in the model and its accuracies is higher enough than ever macromodel.
