This paper deals with the new form of jump signal Flip-flop in characteristic equation

thus the method of designing synchronous and asynchronous sequential circuits is unified. Furthermore

the state transition graph under the action of multiple jump singnals cp

is investigated and its multiple jump excitation equation

by which the multiple jump sequential circuit is easily realized

is derived.
