摘要

本文提出了一种新的模拟算法——节点标志法

该算法具有节省内存和保持模拟可靠的优点。针对门级模型所存在的局限性

提出了适用于MOS数字器件进行模拟的开关级宏模型

讨论了该模型的建立方法及网络求解算法。文中介绍了已研制成功的开关级逻辑模拟器MSLSIM。通过对一些实例的模拟

得到了较为满意的结果。

Abstract

In this paper

a switch-level macromodel suitable for the logic simulation of MOS digital device is introduced. The creation mothod of the model and solution algorithms of the network including the macromodeled element is discussed. Mean while

a new simulation algorithm called node mark method has been developed. This method can reduce the occupation of the memories of simulation’and can run reliably. Finally

a switch-level simulator MSLSIM using above model and algorithms has been presented.
