本文设计和研制了具有稳定共模反馈电路的高频片内CMOS平衡运算放大器。电路用3μmN-WELL CMOS硅栅工艺实现
提高了增益、带宽、电压抑制比等性能。并对电路进行理论分析
提出了平衡运算放大器的小信号和电压抑制比的分析模型
给出了工艺和实验结果。
A high-frequence on-chip CMOS balanced operational amplifier with a stable common-mode feedback circuit is designed and fabricated. The 3μm N-well Si-gate CMOS process is utilized to implement the circuit in order to improve its performance such as gain

PSRR etc.. The circuit is analyzed theoretically. A smallsignal model and a PSRR model for balanced operational amplifier are set up. The experimetal results are given finally.
