摘要

本文针对Monte-Carlo方法估计产品成品率所需电路分析次数多的不足之处

提出了一种新的有效的改进方法一识别法

并对该方法的有效性和可靠性作了深入的讨论

最后给出对各种类型的实用电路的成品率统计估计的结果。

Abstract

To reduce the number of circuit simulations in Monte-Carlo method for yield estimation

a new efficient method-Identifying Approach

is presented in this paper. A further discussion on the efficiency and the reliability of this approach is made. Finally the results of Identifying Approach to various practical circuits are also shown.
