摘要

本文从理论上分析计算了100MHz激光扫描声学显微镜（LSAM）系统的设计参数和技术指标

阐述了实际的实验系统;并就一些样品进行了测试

得到了满意的声象。

Abstract

In this paper

the theoretical analyses and evaluations of parameters (or a LSAM system operating at 100 MHz are presented and the practical experiments are illustrated. Some samples are successfully imaged on TV screen.
