摘要

本文主要叙述以SAGM-APD为检测器的数字光纤通信接收机灵敏的计算方法

导出了以SAGM-APD为检测器的数字光纤通信接收机在高速区（

b/s）的灵敏度与码速的关系和最佳倍增系数与码速的关系。

Abstract

A calculation method for long wavelength optical fiber communication receiver with SAGM-APD detector is presented in the paper. At first

the difference of calculation methods for the gain fac-tor（M0） and the excess noise factor F（M0） from traditional APDS which are made up of Si or Ce is studied. Then the influence of the trap of holes at the heterojunction interface and the avalanche buildup time on bandwidth of SAGM-APD is described. Lastly

the relationships between receiver sensitivities in a high rate region and bit rates and between optimum gain factor and bit rates are deduced.
