本文提出了一些新型的公钥密码体制

这些体制的安全性是基于分解大整数m或域Q上多项式的困难性

主要结果是定理1—3。

Abstract

Some new types of Public Key Cryptosystem are presented. The security of the systems rests in part on the difficulty of foctoring the published divisor

large number m or polynomial over fields Q. Main results are given in Theorem 1-3.
