摘要

本文讨论了关于边界电位作线性变化的正方形结构静电四极场;实验证明这种结构是正确、可行的

并初步给出了透镜参数。

Abstract

We describe an exact quadrupole field with square cross-section in which the boundary potential varies linearly with position. Electron optical experiments show that the proposed structure is correct and practicable. Specifications of typical lenses are given in the paper.
