In this paper
a new method of design centering to raise yield products of electric circuits is proposed. First
an objective function for choosing fine initial values of the components is established. Fine initial values of the components are chosen by optimizing the objective function.Second
in this paper the method of Monte Carlo analysis is combined with the method for calculating from a Taytor-series approximation both for estimating yield and for choosing new normal vatues of the components. A program MAIN for design centering is given. The results of the examples illustrate that methods proposed are right and efficient.
