本文从基本研究着手导出了具有标量形式和矩阵形式的非线性基本方程

指出了非线性电阻效应并讨论了R与Rmm的关系。此外还给出解析方法的非线性电阻和电导特性公式

并由此导出流控多项式和压控多项式。

Starting with basic research

this paper derives a basic nonlinear equation in scalar and matrix forms

indicating a nonlinear resistance effect and dircussing the relation between R and Rum. Furthermore

the characteristic formula of nonlinear resistance and conductance in analytic form are yi-ven

and thereby the current controlled and voltage controlled polynomials ale also derived.
