Three new types of system configuration reliability model are introduced. The first type distinguishes from the series and redundant configuration. It quantitatively describes the reliability of the systems working in performance degradation. The second type is of the redundant system cocerning with memorized properties. So far as memorized properties is ignored. The third type of models is of new de-pependent configuration. Their system reliability are not only related with the number of working units but also related to their location in the system.
