摘要

本文介绍了实用型X波段变容管调谐耿氏振荡器的电路结构和设计准则。采用一套改善振荡器频率温度性能的新方法

在-40～60℃温度范围内获得频率温度系数为0.01～2ppm/℃。

Abstract

In this paper the actual structure and the principle of design of a varactor tunned Gunn o-scillator in X-band is presented. The freguency-temperature coefficient of 0.01-2ppm/℃over the temperature range from -40 to 60℃ has been obtained by using a set of new methods for improving the frequency-temperature performance of the oscillator.
