摘要

本文证明了两个关于构造正交矩阵的一般定理。据此可由已知正交变换构造出种种新的正交变换。以往报导的一些构造正交变换的方法

均可由这两个定理获得。

Abstract

Two general theorems on the construction of the orthogonal matrices are proven. Various new orthogonal matrices may be constructed from known orthogonal matrices by using these two theorems. Some previously reported methods of construction of orthogonal transforms may be obtained as results of these two theorems.
