摘要

本文讨论了多碱阴极多晶膜的晶粒间界结构

建立了多碱阴极的导电模型

导出了电导率表达式。理论计算的Inσ-1/T曲线与实验结果符合得较好

基本上解释了多碱阴极Inσ-1/T曲线由三折线或二折线构成这一实验现象。并在实验上证实了三折线转化为二折线的设想。

Abstract

The grain boundary structure of polycrystalline films of multialkli photocathodes is discussed.The conduction model of muhialkali photocathodes is proposed and the conductivity expression is derived.The theoretical curves of lnσ-l/T show good agreement with the experimental results.The experimental phenomenon on that the curves of lnσ-l/T of multial-kali photocathodes are composed of two or three straight lines is explained

and the idea that the three straight lines may transform into two straight lines is proved in experiment.
