摘要

本文用有限元法计算了具有复杂几何形状、圆柱对称微波谐振腔。编制了计算程序

精确地算出了微波腔体的谐振频率和无载品质因数。六个均匀盘荷波导腔体的冷测频率与计算结果比较

误差小于0.035％。

Abstract

The microwave cavity with cylindrical symmetry and complicated geometry shapes at the longitudinal section are studied by finite elenemt method. The resonant frequency and unload quality factor are calculated accurately and the program with FORTRAN language is worked out. The calculated results of six section uniform cavities are compared with the cold test measurements

the error is less than 0.035%.
