摘要

本文对散射参量测量中经典的误差修正理论作了重要的补充

同时给出了相应的校准技术及数学模型。利用单板机在网络分析仪（NA）上实现了误差修正

理论与实践基本符合。

Abstract

The theory of error correction in scattering parameter measurement is discussed and a further improvement is suggested. The corresponding calibration techniques and ma-thematic models are given. Using μC onto NA accomplishes the error correction and the analysis shows good agreement with the practical results.
