摘要

本文提出一种新型的、纯声学的宽带实时射频频谱分析器

其物理基础是声表面波在声栅上的Bragg衍射现象。文中简要描述了这种器件的基本原理和结构原型;讨论了决定这种器件性能的几个主要因素

估计了这种器件的发展潜力

并与集成声光射频频谱分析器作了比较。

Abstract

Based on the SAW diffraction phenomena on acoustic grating explored in our laboratory

a wideband pure-acoustic RF spectrum analyzer

i. e.

SAW-acoustic grating spectrum analyzer （AGSA）

is proposed. The fundamental principle and the primitive structure of AGSA are described and some essential factors which determine the performence of the device are discussed. Finally

compared with the integrated acoustic-optic spectrum analyzer （IOSA）

the potentiality of AGSA is estimated.
