摘要

本文以开关电容网络电容元件的z域等效电路为基础

提出了电容元件的HSPICE模型。对模型HSPICE的描述

使得变压器单元和差分延迟单元组成的HSPICE子电路的建立得以简化。基于该模型

还对一具体网络作了实例分析。

Abstract

Based on the z-domain equivalent circuit for a capacitor element in the switched-capacitor networks

a HSPICE model for a capacitor element is presented. Owing to the establishment of HSPICE subcircuits consisting of the transformer unit and the differential delay unit

the description for the model is simplified. According to this model

a practical network is analyzed.
