摘要

分组交换话音通信方式在经济上和技术上均有明显的好处。本文对分组话音通信的发展及其现状进行了综述

并对其中的若干重要技术问题进行了讨论。最后论述了在我国开展此项研究的必要性。

Abstract

An overview of the development and the state-of-the-art of packet-switched voice communication is described. Many important technical problems in this area are also discussed. The necessity for China to do research on this field is presented.
