灵敏度高(在芯片温度55℃、流体温度30℃、流速50cm/s时
输出达80mW)。
A new principle of flow sensors is introduced. When a fluid is passing ever a heated chip
the change of the power dissipation required to keep the chip temperature constant can be used as a measurement of the flow rate. Based on this new principle
an integreted flow sensor has been made by CMOS technology. It has simple structure
small size (1×1.9mm)
high sensitivity(80mV output at flow rate of 50 cm/s with chip temperature 55℃ and fluid temperature 30℃).
