到目前为止
微波开放式谐振腔的理论几乎都是在给定腔的几何结构的条件下计算腔谐振时的电参量。本文从微波开放腔的基本理论出发
导出一种简便易行的反设计方法
并给出了推算腔几何参量的解析公式和计算结果曲线。实例验算表明:对于高Q腔
设计得到的腔的电特性与所要求的基本符合;对于中等Q值的腔也可在小于10

精度内符合。
Till now
the theories of Microwave open resonators are almost to calculate the electrical parameters at resonace by assuming that the geometry of the cavity is given. In this paper
from the fundamental theory of microwave open resonators a simple and convenient inverse design method is proposed. Analytical formulae for calculating its geometrical parameters
as well as charts of the calculated results
are given.Calculated electrical properties for some high Q cavities designed by this method are in good agreement with those expected
and for medium Q cavity the results are within the accuracy of 10-2.
