The TEM wave in multi-conductor equal straight transmission lines with arbitrary cross sections is discussed. The analytical structures of the solution of the wave field and general analytical solving method are given. The general theoretical formula is developed for the characteristic impedance of the transmission line consisting double conductors containing each other.
