摘要

在研究EBS-CCD前照器件电子辐射损伤机理的基础上

分析了影响寿命极限的各种因素

提出了提高寿命的实际措施。实验结果证实了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract

On the basis of fundamental research of the electron irradiation degradation mechanism of the front-illuminated EBS-CCD

the diffirent factors affecting its lifetime limitation are analysed. Several practical ways to increase the lifetime are qiven. Experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical predictions.
