摘要

本文依Haar离散变换导出了H/H与H/h两种新的离散变换

讨论了它们的一些性质与快速算法。通过比较

指出它们的变换速度高于快速Hadamard变换

变换性能则优于Haar变换。

Abstract

Two kinds of discrete transforms-H/H and H/h transform are defined by means of discrete Haar transform （HRT）. Some of their properties are discussed. It is indicated that H/H transform and H/h transform are more efficient than HRT

and their fast algorithms are /aster than that of Hadamard transform （HT）.
