摘要

本文介绍了一种微波场效应晶体管（FET）非线性电路的机助分析方法及相应的计算程序。内容包括FET的非线性电路模型、状态方程向稳态的快速收敛方法及相应程序的编制。这种方法和程序可解决多种微波FET非线性电路问题

包括倍频器、混频器、大信号放大器和振荡器

等等。作为一个例子

本文给出EFT混频器的分析结果。

Abstract

A CAD analytical method and its corresponding program for microwave FET nonlinear circuits are described. The contents include the nonlinear modeling of MESFET’s

the method of quick convergence for obtaining the steady state response of nonlinear state equations and computing program. The CAD method and program can be delivered to resolve various microwave FET nonlinear circuits-multplier

large signal amplifier

generator etc. The results of FET mixer using this method are given here as an example.
