摘要

本文推出了在高压p-n

结中采用场板时

表面场分布的近似公式。式中内含的两项均随离开场板端点之距离作指数变化

从而可解释表面电场在场板两‘端点’处所出现的峰值。文中还给出了改进场分布的一种场板新结构。本文的理论结果均与计算机计算结果相符合。

Abstract

An approximate formula for the surface field profile of a p-n+ junction with field plate is derived. It consists of two terms

following exponential law with the distance from either end of the plate. Thus

the peaks of the field at both ends of the plate can be well understood. A new field plate structure for optimizing the profile is also proposed. All the theoretical results of the cases studied here are in fair agreement with the computer results.
