The multiple criterion optimization technique is used to design the low-noise broad-band MMIC FET amplifiers. The weighted sum and the weighted ∞-norm methods are applied to the design. A new weighted quotient method is developed for the design
and the minimum noise measure design can be regarded as a particular version of this method. The weight selection heuristics for different methods are also discussed.The amplifiers are designed for max-min transducer gain and min-max noise figure in passband. A design of the 6
