XeCl准分子激光器中加入He+Ne作为稀释剂
比使用纯Ne作稀释剂时的激光输出能量增加了10%
并观察到了其输出光脉冲随总气压的升高而加宽的现象。还测量了激光输出脉宽和小信号增益。
When He + Ne is used as buffer in the XeCl excimer laser
the output energy increases by 10% compared to that of the lasers with pure Ne as buffer. The output laser pulse width and the small signal gain are measured repectively. The output laser pulse broadening as the total pressure enhances is observed with He + Ne as buffer.
