摘要

本文概述了国际卫星通信系统的发展简况及区域卫星通信系统在国外的进展

简述了我国发展国内卫星通信系统的近况

提出了可供我国卫星通信工程界参考的若干技术见解。

Abstract

Both the status of development of international satellite communications and the advances of domestic satellite communications in other countries are reviewed. China’s recent developments in this field are briefly described. And some technical views are put forward for consideration by the country’s satellite communications engineering circles.
