摘要

本文提出了建立非理想运放等效Z模型的新方法

并以前差及后差映射积分器为例导出了非理想积分器的Z传递函数。利用这种方法

对典型的去耦式双二次二阶带通滤波器进行了计算机模拟及实验验证。所述方法可以推广应用于解决多种类型的高阶开关电容滤波器的设计问题。

Abstract

A new method for establishing the Z domain equivalent model of a non-ideal op amp is presented. The Z domain transfer functions of non-ideal integrators based on the forward difference and the backward difference transformations are derived as two examples. Using this method

the computer simulation and the experimental verification of a typical decoupled biquad second-order bandpass SCF are conducted. This method can be extended to solve the design problems of many different kinds of high order SCF.
