本文从理论分析与计算机模拟两个方面研究了在动态情况下两类自适应谱估值器的检测性能。导出了衡量它们的检测性能的一个更精确的表达式——检测能力函数
由此给出了在低信噪比情况下自适应滤波器参数选取的基本原则。与文献[2]、[4]中的最佳步长和最佳阶数的确定方法相比
采用本文导出的方法可以得到更好的检测性能。
The dynamic detection performance of the adaptive line enhancer (ALE) and the adaptive maximum entropy spectrum estimator (AMESE) is studied using both analytical and computer simulation techniques. Explicit results on the dynamic detection performance are obtained in terms of the adaptive processor parameters. In the range of low input signal-to-noise ratio of interest and for prescribed number of data samples
the optimal choise of step size μ and the filter length L are derived. It is shown that for both the ALE and the AMESE the dynamic detection performance is improved if the value of the step size μ is made as small as possible. This result is significantly different from those published previously.
