摘要

本文介绍了一种自适应图象变换编码方法来压缩数字图象信号的带宽。对每一个子数组找到一种叫做活动因子的参数

并据此将不同子数组给予不同编码比特数的方法来实现其自适应性能。对整个系统进行了计算机模拟

其结果表明

所设计的系统对提高编码效率是有效的、可行的。

Abstract

An adaptive image transform coding method for compressing the bandwidth of the digital image signal is described. The adaptivity is realized by finding so called activity factors for each transform subblock. The Subbloks will be coded by different bit numbers. The computer simulation of this scheme has been done. The experimental results have proved that the designed scheme is efficient and feasible.
