摘要

文中分析了YIG磁调器件在两种常用输入信号激励下的输出信号频率滞后问题。得到了器件的频率滞后量与其结构参数及激励信号波形参数之间的数学关系式

为器件调谐速度的计算和推广应用提供了方便和根据。

Abstract

The frequency hysteresis of the magnetically tuned YIG devices driven by two usual input signals are analyzed. The mathematical equation for the relation between the value of frequency hysteresis

the structural parameters of the and the tuning wave shape parameters of the driving signal become is established. Accordingly

the calculation of the tuning speed and the applications of the device become easy and convenient.
