本文利用随机变量的标准变换
将各类控制图(管理图)简化统一为通用控制图:UCL=+3
CL=0
LCL=-3
并利用直接打点法
借助预先计算好的直接打点表或曲线使现场人员在控制图上打点时不需任何计算
非常方便。 现行x、x、p、u图用于样本大小n变化的情况下
界限呈凹凸状
不但作图不便而且难以判断是否异常。至于pn图则不适用于n变化的情况。本文方法可克服上述弊病从而扩大控制图的应用范围和提高判断准确性。
; This paper presents a method
called the standard-transformation and direct-plott ing method by the author
that utilizes the standard transformation of random variables to unify all kinds of control charts to a "universal control chart" with limits; UCL = 3

LCL=-3
and uses a direct plotting table or curves easily prepared before to relieve the workers from any calculation when they plot in the charts daily. Apparently
this method is very convenient in practice.In the cases that the size of the sample is not a fixed value
the limits of the current x

p and u control charts are concave-convex in shape
and therefore it is not only inconvenient to plot them but also difficult to judge if there are assignable causes. As to the pn control chart
because its central line is a function of n
we have to give it up in the n-var-ying situations. But the method proposed by this paper can avoid the drawbacks mentioned above
and increase the accuracy of alarm of the control charts
thus wide applications are ensured.
