SL门电路的输出脉冲前、后沿可以由注入电流分别调节的原理
提出了一个新的脉宽调节和脉沿触发电路。该电路与传统RC微分电路相比较
具有延迟时间连续可调及易于集成化的特点。实验表明
在输入脉冲的频率为10MHz下
可以得到5~50ns连续可调的正、负输出脉冲。实验数据与理论分析相符合。
A novel circuit (or adjusting pulse width has been proposed
which is based on the principle that the leading or trailing edges of the output pulses of an I2SL gate can be shifted individually by varying the injector currents. It is found that
for such an application
the novel circuit has obvious advantages over conventional delay circuits. Experiments show that the output pulses can be obtained continuously iron; 5ns to 50ns at a clock rate of 10MHz
which is in good agreement with the simple theory.
