本文研究了多碱阴极晶粒间界对光电发射的影响
提出了这种多晶阴极光电发射的改进物理模型
并导出了量子产额的公式。利用此模型和电子计算机
使理论与实验的量子产额曲线相符合
从而能够解释此种阴极光电发射的有关特性。文中还讨论了提高此种阴极灵敏度的可能途径。
An improved polycrystalline photoemissive model of multialkali antimonide ph-otocathode is presented and a formula of its photoemissive yield and its computer program are derived. It is concluded that there are two factors in the model: effective grain boundary loss rate and grain boundary barrier height. According to the model
experimental phenomena can be well explained and possible approaches to increase photosensitivity of the photocathodes are discussed.
