本文采用Fourier级数表示壁电压
建立了等离子体显示单元的电子运动方程。由此方程的解导出了等离子体显示单元的电导率、介电常数以及着火条件的表达式。计算表明
当放电最强烈时单元的介电常数增加
从而为放电最强时电容增大提供了新的解释。本文从理论上证明单元放电遵守Paschen定律
理论值和实测值基本一致。
The wall voltage is first expressed by a Fourier series
and an equation of electron motion in AC plasma display cell is then established. The expression of firing condition
dielectric constant and electrical conductivity of AC plasma display cell can be derived from the equation’s solution. Computed results show that the dielectric constant of a cell increases when the cell discharges most intensively
a new explanation why the cell capacitance increases at the most intensive discharges. It is theoretically proved that the discharge of the cell obeys Paschen’s law. Experimental and theoretical values are in good agreement.
