本文描述了8mm波段的液氮噪声源的原理、结构及其噪声温度的标准和误差分析。液氮噪声源的有效输出噪声温度的估算值为T

=[（液氮温度+1.2）±0.4°]K。

Abstract

In order to test noise performance of Josephson junction mixer

a liquid-nitrogen noise source at 8mm band has been made

in this paper

the principle

construction as well as calibration of noise temperature are described. An error analysis is also given. The output equivalent noise temperature （of L-N2 noise source） is estimated as:
