为使三相逆变器实现高效率运行,本文提出了具有软开关功能的新型三相谐振极逆变器.当逆变器进入死区状态时,辅助电路将开始谐振,桥臂上将要开通的主开关承受的电压可先变为零,主开关可实现零电压动作,同时辅助开关可实现零电流动作.此外,辅助开关与瞬态电压抑制二极管相连,在电路处于谐振状态时,能避免辅助开关承受过高的高频瞬态电压.本文阐述了电路的工作过程.实验结果证明开关器件处于软切换状态.该电路结构能优化逆变器性能.
To realize high-efficiency operation
a novel three-phase resonant pole inverter with soft-switching function is proposed. When the inverter is in dead-zone state
the auxiliary circuit will start to resonate. The voltage across the main switch on the bridge arm which will be turned on can become zero in advance
so it can obtain zero-voltage soft switching
and the auxiliary switch can also obtain zero-current soft switching. In addition
the auxiliary switch is connected with the transient voltage suppression diode
which can not make the auxiliary switch bear excessive high frequency transient voltage when the circuit is in resonant state. The working process is illustrated. The experimental results show that switching devices is in the state of soft switching. The circuit structure can optimize the performance of the inverter.
