摘要

信息领域国家重大科研仪器研制项目旨在面向信息领域的世界科学前沿和国家重大需求，突出科学目标引导，鼓励和培育具有原创性学术思想的探索性科研仪器设备研制，支持原创性科研仪器与核心部件研制，为科学研究提供新手段和新工具，探索自然规律和开拓学科研究领域，提升我国科学研究原始创新能力.本文对2012—2021年信息领域国家重大科研仪器研制项目的受理与资助情况进行梳理与分析，为新时期信息科学领域重大科研仪器研制项目的管理提供参考.

Abstract

The Research Program of National Major Research Instrument in information field

aims at scientific frontier and major national needs of information science

highlights the guidance of scientific targets

encourage the development of explorative scientific research instruments with original academic ideas

supports the developments of original scientific instruments and core components

provides novel means and tools for scientific research

drives the development of disciplines

explores nature law

exploits research area

and promotes the original innovation capability of national scientific research. This paper summarizes the proposal applications and awards of the Research Program of National Major Research Instrument of information science field in recent 10 years (2012—2021)

and provides references for funding management of the Research Program of National Major Research Instrument in new period.
