智慧照明中基于导通角调制的电力线通信技术

Power Line Communication Technology Based on Conduction Angle Modulation in Intelligent Lighting

摘要:

针对智慧照明可靠性要求高、通信数据量小的特点,本设计提出一种基于导通角调制的电力线通信技术. 利用斩波技术调制工频波形的导通角,并将调制后的工频波形在电力线上传输. 本设计的编码方式是将完整工频波形设为信号“0”,斩波波形设为信号“1”,一帧数据包含24位信号. 为满足电网电能质量要求,减少畸变的影响,导通角调制区间定义为0.91π~π之间. 经验证测试,该设计可实现调光控制,总谐波畸变率小于5%,电压闪变幅度小于4%,功率因数大于0.90. 该设计可广泛应用在智慧照明领域.

Abstract:

Aiming at the characteristics of high reliability of the intelligent lighting technique with limited communication data, a power line communication technology based on the conduction angle modulation is proposed. The chopper technology is used to modulate the conduction angle of the power waveform and transmit the modulated power waveform on the power line. The principle of the coding in the design is simple and distinctive, in which a complete power waveform corresponding to signal "0", while the chopped waveform relating to signal "1". One frame data contains 24 bit signal. In consideration of the power quality standard of power grid, the conduction angle modulation interval is from 0.91 π to π. Based on the practical testing results, the design can realize dimming control, the total harmonic distortion rate is less than 5%, the voltage flicker amplitude is less than 4%, and the power factor is greater than 0.90. This design has a wide application prospect in the field of intelligent lighting.
