摘要

本文设计并研制了2GHz敷铜板圆极化微带天线及4.5GHz高温超导(HTS)圆极化微带天线.2GHz敷铜板圆极化微带天线的半功率角为63°,最好轴比为1.2dB;4.5GHz的HTS圆极化微带天线相对于银天线有3dB的增益改善,其半功率角大于63°.

Abstract

A 2GHz circularly polarized copper microstrip antenna and a 4.5GHz circularly polarized YBCO microstrip antenna are designed and fabricated.The copper microstrip antenna has a beam-width of 63° and an axial ratio of 1.2dB.The superconducting YBCO antenna has about 3dB gain improvement over the comparable silver antenna at 77K.The beam-width of the superconducting antenna will be larger than 63°,which will make circularly polarized YBCO microstrip antenna more praticable in some space communication fields.
