According to the DiffServ mechanism in IETF,we present an integrated pricing architecture consisted of access price, usage price and congestion price, which lead to an effective and real-time pricing method. With the method, different charging rates are applied to different service levels, and token-based congestion pricing policy works when sending rate exceeds what is specified in SLA contract, which urges customers to select suitable service level.Furthermore, customers can alternate service levels to maximize utilities when their burst sending rates lead to raised charging rates.Besides those,ISP can interfere to help distribute customers among different levels.Such an integrated pricing mechanism in which supply and demand dominate, and plan assists guarantees the network to be utilized effectively.Simulation verifies the equitableness, effectiveness and flexibility.
